I have only ever had Triple Moon Hosting since becoming a site owner in 2004.
At first, I was like a fish out of water, I didn't have a clue!! If it wasn't
for Artemis, I would have given up and left the web business to someone who knew
what it was. But thanks to Artemis for always being there when needed, I'm still
going strong.
Support tickets - I have only ever had to wait a day for a reply, and that's
mostly due to the time difference between us, and Artie has always gone out of
her way to explain things in a way I can understand.
I will be a Triple Moon customer for a long time to come.

I have been with Triple Moon Hosting going on two years. I had previously had hosting with one of the major hosting companies. Although I didn't really experience any major problems while hosting with them, it can not begin to compare with the personalized service I have received at Triple Moon. Artemis called me and walked me through the steps when we moved to a new server. Now that is what I call personal service!
Kerry and Artemis keep their customers updated on security issues and the status of the sever. Support tickets are handled promptly and are explained in a manner which is easily understood. I have experienced little down time or lags in the server.
Three of the most important things in hosting, little to no down time, prompt
support and being treated as Jana, not customer number 55502. I plan to stay
with Triple Moon as long as I have my website.

Close to 2 years ago I had a bad experience with another host who I will not
name. When my site was removed and access denied, and about to just give up on
websites all together I was asked just to try Triple Moon Hosting. I thought
what the heck I'll give it one more try. It was one of the smartest moves
I could ever make. Any time I have had trouble with anything and submitted a
support ticket, with in minutes most of the time I either had an email or a
phone call with the help I needed being treated as a person, not some trouble or
support ticket. Anytime there are any changes being made or problems that are
effecting more than a few people, Support Services is right on top of things
letting us know what is happening.
Now not only do I have my main domain with Triple Moon, but my daughter has a
sub-domain as well and we couldn't be happier!!!

Any time I've ever had a question, or problem, and have contacted TMH, I've

As a web designer and creator I have found that Triple Moon Hosting is one of
the best places to host the sites I work on. I have never had to beg and
plead to get a problem solved like I did with a previous hosting provider.

Triple Moon is the first hosting service I have been with. I don't see myself
leaving either and you can't get it any better than here.
Many other hosting services could learn much about client care and appreciation
from Triple Moon. Not once did I ever felt left out in the cold with not knowing
what to do. Always a helping hand here no matter how small or big the challenge
you set out for Triple Moon. It's the little things like answering tickets
within 24hrs to let you know someone is doing something, update notices about
everything that is going on with the servers, and reminding you to do little
things like updating PHP scripts when ever possible that gives you comfort in

I've been with Triple Moon for over a year and I love that Artie (our hostess) is so concerned with keeping our sites safe to view, visit, and update. Customer Service is fast, but rarely necessary. I'd recommend Triple Moon to anyone.

I just have to tell everyone all about Artie of Triple Moon Hosting. She is
the absolute best there is and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a
host.
Late last night (or should that be early this morning lol), I foolishly tried
updating WordPress when I was too tired to pay close attention to what I was
doing. I wrote to Artie to ask for some instruction on how to fix my mess and
expected a help letter from her in reply so I could get back to work first thing
today. Well, when I came back online, there was no help letter. There was a
letter telling me my site was restored and updated. Artie came like a welcome
little elf in the night and put my site back for me. It was a wonderful surprise
and above and beyond what most hosts would do for their clients.
If you are looking for hosting, make sure you check at Triple Moon. Artie is
worth every penny she gets for the great service she gives. :D
