Sending abuse reports:
The following criteria for abuse submissions must be met. If anything is missing, your complaint will be ignored.

  1. Complete URL, domain whois information, and DNS information of offending party
  2. Your complete URL, ISP email address, domain whois information, and hosting company.
  3. Full scanned copy of your legal photo ID
  4. Precise description of each and all images, HTML, layout, script, or music and where it is located on your site and on accused site.
  5. a. Certification from a Notary Public that the Graphic(s), or HTML, or Layout, or Script, or Music belongs to you. AND b. Court documents stating you hold full copyright. Copyright registration number and receipt of purchase must be included.

All information must be sent via certified US Postal mail. We will give you the address once you have contacted us. Please allow 90 business days for our investigation.
